SSL Connection Close Between WebLogic/CORBA client and Tuxedo when -Dweblogic.security.SSL.protocolVersion=TLSv1.2 is Used

Symptoms
On Tuxedo 12.1.3 version, the client is working fine with SSL when using -Dweblogic.security.SSL.protocolVersion=TLSv1.
When it is changed to TLSv1.2 then only Java client application hangs, no error or exception is seen in the client program, it just hangs. When SSL debug is enabled then you can see that the SSL connection was closed during the handshake with Tuxedo server. The following exception is seen in SSL debug log:
