Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

Unable to run batch script with updated java 10 version.    Early version was working without issue. 

ERROR

Java.net.UnknownHostException : www-proxy.us


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup FA Webservice code
2. UploadTool fails as UnknownHostException

Changes

 Upgraded Java version.
