In a given Scenario, a bpel process calls an ejb via a mediator. When an error is thrown by the ejb and despite the fact, that the bpel process handles this fault and is still running, the whole flow gets the completed state. And that flow is purged if for example the autopurge functionality of soa 12c is enabled and this is not really what we expect.
