In the OIM 11.1.2.3 environments, you were able to use the browser to access some web service endpoints that come with the OIM installation.

For example, you might have used the request service endpoint to test the expected input and output of the operations that you plan to use when creating a custom approval composite. To do this, you would access a location like:<oimFrontEndURL>/reqsvc/reqsvc .  Or you could be using the identity service endpoint to test the expected input and output of the built in identity functions that you plan to use when creating a custom approval composite.  To do this, you would access a location like: <SOAConfigSOAPurl>/integration/services/IdentityService/identity

When testing the same functionality in 12c, you now get redirected to a URL with "ws_utc" and could see the following errors:
