Primary SMTP Updated Task not Using the Correct DOMAIN Contoller (Doc ID 2447515.1)

Symptoms

Using the Microsoft Exchange (One-off Release Exchange 11.1.1.6.0T - <Patch 27936662>).

The Primary SMTP updated task is not using the DOMAIN controller passed. Instead it is try to go some other domain controller & the task fails due to replication delay.
Connector log which clearly states the Domain controller is passed & the TASK PrimarySMTPAddress is ignored, and is picking some other DC in the forest:
