Goal
On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, WLS JMS
The persistent file store for JMS Queues are creating huge XXX.DAT files.
During a performance test, a heavy load is generating 25,000 requests per minute. The tests are creating huge FILESTORE_AUTO_XXX.DAT files occupying 5-8 GB each. The file system is running out of space and system becomes unresponsive, before the tests finish. Even after the messages are consumed in the queues, the FILESTORE_AUTO_XXX.DAT file size remains huge.
Is there a setting or rotation policy to clear these files by time/size?
Is there a recommendation for housekeeping of these .DAT files?
