Remote client connect fails with NZ error 29019 when only TLSv1.2 SSLProtocol is configured on Oracle HTTP Server (OHS).

Error recorded in ohs1.log

ssl.conf configured to support TLSv1.2 SSL Protocol only with following directive.

SSLProtocol -ALL +TLSv1.2
