Unable to Upload Attachments to WebCenter Content (WCC/UCM) in BPM Workspace Environment (Doc ID 2449122.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Web Content Management

Cannot upload attachments to WCC in BPM Workspace.  The UCM and SOA Suite are installed on the same server in different managed servers. 


ERROR

  at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl.run(ServletRequestImpl.java:1499)
  at weblogic.work.ExecuteThread.execute(ExecuteThread.java:263)
  at weblogic.work.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:221)
Caused by: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Content item 'xxxx_0000' was not successfully checked in. A value is required for field 'SecurityGroups'.
  at oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceResponse.getResponseAsBinder(ServiceResponse.java:142)
  at oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceResponse.getResponseAsBinder(ServiceResponse.java:108)
