Goal

Running SOA suite 12.1.3 with patches 20780464, 26219741, 26581895, 23133629, 26519417 and 27006389.

<Patch 28206019> (July 2018 cumulative 12.1.3.0.180717) was applied which removed <Patch 26581895> (Oct 2017 cumulative).

Started getting error 'oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLElement cannot be cast to org.w3c.dom.Document' and the connectivity to SFDC was broken.

Needed to apply 20780464 and 27006389 to address the issue.
