Caused by: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Pool oamDS is suspended. Cannot allocate resources to applications. It was suspended at
Tue Sep 18 07:01:42 EDT 2018 because of 2 consecutive connect failures and there are no remaining connections. Last connect attempt failed at Tue Sep 18
07:35:52 EDT 2018 because of weblogic.common.ResourceException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection.
The DBMS driver exception was: IO Error: Socket read timed
