Symptoms

When trying to apply a Patch (f.ex: Patch 27073329) for JDeveloper, OPatch fails with error:

Prerequisite check "CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables" failed.
The details are:
Exception occured : null
UtilSession failed: Prerequisite check "CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables" failed.
Log file location: <MW_HOME>\cfgtoollogs\opatch\opatch2018-08-10_18-09-45PM_1.log

OPatch failed with error code = 73
