Tibco Class Loader Issue In WebLogic 12.2.1.3 After Upgrade From WebLogic 10.3.6 (Doc ID 2449747.1)

Symptoms

After migration of WebLogic from WLS 10.3.6 to 12.2.1.3, started experiencing an issue with class not found exception for Tibco related jars during application startup, though jars are present in the WebLogic classpath.

The application ear has also Tibco jars used for compilation and during server startup, the jars within the ear are taking precedence over locally defined WebLogic custom jars and resulting in class not found exceptions.
