WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) was installed and configured on a new server in preparation for migrating WFR to another data-center. When attempting to create a new RTS connection in the WFR Admin console, the below error occurs:
Try refreshing the machine node.
If it still does not connect, check whether the service is running.
Rebooting does not solve the issue.
