After upgrading to OAM 126.96.36.199.x the Entrust Identity Guard plugin gets into an infinite loop during the login process and never forwards the user to the protected resource after completing the second factor authentication process.
The OAM server and ASDK have been upgraded to 188.8.131.52.0 or later.
