ODI 12c - Can not find existing SVN tags without searching for the name specifically (Doc ID 2451026.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Studio, when using Apache Subversion (SVN) Versioning, the following error is produced when trying to create a Partial Tag, even though the search window doesn't show any existing tags:

ODI-12243: Error occurred while creating partial tag [<TAG NAME>].
ODI-12241: Specified tag with name [<TAG NAME>] is not empty, in Subversion repository.
