Symptoms

Dedup (Cluster) Keys are not generated in Oracle Customer Hub (OCH) after Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ) upgrade to 12.2.1.3 version.

In the EDQ log file (main0.log) the following error is raised:
