Goal

In OIM System Administration

In the left pane, under System Management, click Import. The Deployment Manager opens (step 21.1.3 -- https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E52734_01/oim/OMADM/deploymanager.htm#OMADM5499)

but there is an error message in the popup window:
