Symptoms



Unable to restart OPMN processes when they were originally started as Windows Services.

Using opmnctl or Fusion Middleware Control to restart OHS and Webcache fails.

This began after installing Windows 2008 R2 patches.

If the OPMN process is not started using a Windows service then the commands work correctly. Using the command line to start OPMN and related processes will work correctly.
