WEC Batch is Locked by the Document Conversion Processor when Processing an XLSX file (Doc ID 2452043.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Enterprise Capture imports an email with .xlsx attachments, converts to TIFF and imports the converted doc to the Imaging system. Some of the emails are being imported but then batch disappears. Upon further research, it was found that the document is locked by Document Conversion Processor, per the data in ecbatchlocks table in database.  These attachments are never committed.
