Coherence Upgrade to 12.2.1.2.x causing the .NET Clients with Map Listeners are messages falling behind the threshold. (Doc ID 2452221.1)

Symptoms

The customer reported the below issue from using 12.2.1.2.1 version for the cluster and for the Clients .Net.

The issue is while using near-cache scheme model the data stored in the local cache is expiring and every time the request comes from client, the data is pulled from backend cache, which is causing the latency. This issue is seen if the client is running on COH 12.2.1.2.1 Customer reverted the Client coherence version to 3.7.1.11 and not seeing this issue. Issue only seen with .Net clients and not with Java Clients. .Net clients using Near Cache whereas Java Clients not using Near-Cache. The cache size is also limited. Customer claims that the Synthetic events set to true has increased a lot due to more evictions. Client requests coming at normal rate. All the synthetic events are either "Entry Updated Inserted or Deleted
