Phrase Search Not Working In Advanced Search In WCS (Doc ID 2452340.1)

Symptoms

When searching assets in Oracle WebCenter Sites (WCS) environment, I can search by phrases in Simple Search form, by enclosing the phrase in double-quote .

However in Advanced Search, it seems not to work but just work as "searching by words".
