Customer is using the Sensors to invoke a JMS queue and insert in there based on documentation below:

18.2.3 How to Configure Sensor Actions
In the sensor action, we have selected JMS as target and gave the JMS queue details with in SOA.

Upon configuring the sensor they start observing that this message gets log per each sensor invocation
