Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0-2017-07-27 02:42:33Z-r155611 (Build:7.3.5.186)
"My URL" executed in WebCenter Content Native UI launches with a 404 error. Review the URL launched and note that is has been changed.
Testcase
========
1. NAVIGATE to WCC Native UI
2. Click My URL's
3. Add URL http://google.com
4. Update
5. Select the Goggle URL
6. Launches in tab without 404 error (note the URL has been modified)
