WebLogic Server config.sh Script Displaying Weird Characters (Doc ID 2453895.1)

Goal

When executing the config.sh script under /oracle-common/common/bin folder, it is displaying weird characters as shown in below screenshot. Not able to configure the domain. How to fix this issue?
