Current User Does Not Have The WRITE Privilege On Task Attribute: ASSIGNEES

Symptoms
When attempting to reassign a Human Task the following error shows up:
"ORABPEL-30326
exception.code:30326
exception.type: ERROR
exception.severity: 2
exception.name: Current user does not have the WRITE privilege on task attribute: ASSIGNEES.
exception.description: Current user weblogic does not have WRITE privilege for ASSIGNEES on task with taskId 60bb7d1b-9512-4866-bca3-ae784be3d17e.
exception.fix: Grant the WRITE access for the current user/role. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services."
