removeCurrentRowAndRetain() doesn't Move the Current Row to Another Location When Disabling Application Module Pooling

Goal
af:table is configured with View Object based on Entity Object.
removeCurrentRowAndRetain() and insertRow() method are used in order to move current record to another location.
When application module pooling is enabled, these methods can move the current record to another location.
The current record moves to another location in the af:table.
But when it is disabled, these methods can't move the current record.
The table is displayed with previous row order.
Are these behaviors expected?
