ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Refresh Alarm Tables button in EM fusion Middleware control doesn't work after  upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3.0

The Refresh Alarm Tables button used to reset the timers for flow instances if the environment has been down for some time isn't working after upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3.0. It does seem to work for BPEL instances but not for BPM instances.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Clicking on the Refresh Alarm Table button in Enterprise Manager should reset the timers for instances after restart of servers.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Enterprise Manager
2. Click on the Target Navigation Menu > SOA > soa-infra (soa_server1)
3. Click on SOA Infrastructure > Service Engines > BPMN
4. Click on Recovery Tab. The error message will appear in the logs.
