Unable to Access OIM Identity And Sysadmin console After Applying Bundle Patch (Doc ID 2454563.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access OIM Identity and sysadmin consoles after July 2018 Bundle Patch:28214994 i.e OIM 11.1.2.3.180620 version.

Below deployments are in Prepared status instead of Active in weblogic console.

oracle.iam.ui.model
oracle.iam.ui.view
oracle.iam.console.identity.self-service.ear
oracle.iam.console.identity.sysadmin.ear

 

OIM logs  has the below errors.
