Symptoms

Webcenter Content and IPM 11g.

IPM applications are using the WCC as a repository.

The !csIpmCannotRetrieveAppDocSecurity!csUserInsufficientAccess,IPM_SystemServiceUser can be generated during various IPM functions.

Such as:

Logging into IPM

Accessing an IPM application that uses the WCC as the repository

When attempting to upload files to the WCC

The WCC trace log may show an exception like:
