Disconnected Applications Not Getting Provisioned Any Further And No New "UPDATE UD_<Table>" Tasks Getting Generated For Provisioned Disconnected Apps (Doc ID 2458200.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 10, 2018

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 11.1.2.3.180620 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Suddenly Disconnected Application instances (supposed to be triggered through access policies or even direct provisioning too) are not getting inserted anymore for users as well as no "Update UD_<Table>" tasks getting generated for already provisioned Disconnected Apps. Also the same issue being seen for every other Disconnected Applications too so issue not specific to any particular Disconnected App.

Looking at ORCHPROCESS table for related entry shows value like following:

ID NAME STATUS PARENTPROCESSID	DEPPROCESSID	ENTITYID	ENTITYTYPE OPERATION	STAGE	CHANGETYPE	RETRY	ORCHTARGET	ORCHESTRATION	CONTEXTVAL
XXXXX YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY COMPENSATED XXXXXXX Resource ACCESS_POLICY_BASED_PROVISION ACTION	immediate	0 (BLOB)	POLICY.Access Policy.NNNN
