Purpose

This document provides information on configuring password policies in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12c.  There have been a number of changes to password policy administration and function in OAM 12.2.1.3.0 from OAM 11g.

Scope

This document provides an example configuration of OAM password policies using both the Admin user interface and the new REST API's for Password Policy Management and Password Management, as well as a sample Postman collection that can be used to perform REST operations.
