Managed Server is Missing After Pack and Unpack - "com.oracle.cie.domain.startup.StartupGroupHelper - No server groups for server" (Doc ID 2458539.1)

Symptoms

After using pack and unpack on a WebLogic Server domain, the managed folders are not found inside the servers folder when unpack is done.

When you unpack a xxxx.jar file you may find a warning in the unpack log as mentioned below:

The error in unpack.log is following:

WARNING [31] com.oracle.cie.domain.startup.StartupGroupHelper - No server groups for server: sit-managed-1 <------[Example name of a managed server]

It is assumed that the managed servers are not created as there are no managed server folders found in the server's directory. You will find only the Admin Server folder.
