OIM Skipping Some Records Or Not Retrieving Data in the Right Order From RAC DB (Doc ID 2458972.1)

Symptoms

When retrieving data from OIM RAC DB using API or via OIM UI, some of the records or missing or not sequentially ordered. This could happen for any use case such as retrieving recon events, records from job history table, password history etc.

Example: When retrieving Job history, we use the following sequence:

CREATE SEQUENCE IDM_OIM.JOB_HISTORY_SEQ MINVALUE 1 MAXVALUE
9999999999999999999999999999 INCREMENT BY 1 START WITH 1162360 CACHE 20
NOORDER NOCYCLE NOPARTITION ;
