[Java SE] Java Application Crashes with OutOfMemory Error while Running on Virtual OS Instance (Doc ID 2459378.1)

Symptoms

Oracle GRC application crashes with the below HotSpot error log whenever a model is run.  The application is running on Java SE 7 within a virtual OS instance on Oracle Linux.

Crashes from more recent versions of Java SE show an OutOfMemory error in a GC operation rather than the truncated stack trace in the above hs_err log.

Changes

 None as this setup never worked properly.
