Emails are Successfully Processed from Enterprise Capture Import Processor However Some Batches are not Appearing in the Client (Doc ID 2459449.1)

Symptoms

Using WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) Email Import Processor to read emails from an Office 365 mail box. The Import Processor runs every 5 mins. Once the email is processed, it will move the email to a "Processed" folder in the mail box.  Based on user feedback, although the email moves to "Processed" folder, the batch is NOT visible in Capture client.
