Symptoms

Disabling Revision Tracking For {asset type} Fails with "Unable to untrack table {asset type} error code 121" and "com.openmarket.basic.interfaces.AssetException: number-10022"

When attempting to disable revision tracking for an asset type {asset type}, the following error occurs in the sites.log:
