Symptoms

OSB 12.2 console does not show the "Publication Status" tab for REST proxy services

We started working with API Manager, but when trying to publish in a REST type proxy service it does not show the Publication Status tab, which is the one that presents the options to publish in the APIs catalog.
The SOAP-based proxy services are showing the tab and have been successfully tested.
