"java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of rande: -31 appears when trying to pass parameters into BIP 12c from BPM.

 

Changes

 This error started appearing post upgrade from OBIEE 11.7g to OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0.
