ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After a recent ODS password change the second OID instance in HA Cluster environment does not start after maintenance restart.  oidmon.log shows  ORA-1017 errors



Changes

 ODS password was changed on the first OID instance in the HA Cluster configuration.
