WFR WorkDoc Files Stored On The WFR Server Are Displaying Error ""Error by Load file [filepath and wdc file name] invalid"" When Attempting To Open the WDC File (Doc ID 2462297.1)

Symptoms

WFR was configured to store the documents and statistics to the file system mistakenly for a short period of time during the configuration.   Now that this is configured correctly to the database, the WorkDoc files (.wdc files), need to be moved to the new database location.  When selecting the .wdc files stored on the file system, seeing the error:

"Error by Load file [filepath and wdc file name] invalid"
