WebCenter Sites is Running But Most Requests to Web Server Return 500/404 Errors (Doc ID 2462512.1)

Symptoms

404 and 500 Errors are received for requests to the web server: "(Remote Satellite Server failed to get a valid response back from Content Server due to a server error) Error code:UNSUCCESSFUL PROXY ATTEMPT"

WebCenter Sites is deployed and the managed server is running.  However, requests to the web server return 500/404 errors for most requests.

The following error is seen in the Remote Satellite Server logs:
- "(Remote Satellite Server failed to get a valid response back from Content Server due to a server error) Error code:UNSUCCESSFUL PROXY ATTEMPT"
