Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM Federation - Need  Value for the InResponseTo Xml Attribute

Need value for the inResponseTo xml attribute?

The SAML implementation is using, simpleSAMLphp version 1.15.4, has removed inResponseTo from the assertion.
This change was made in version 1.7 (current version is 1.15.4, released March 2, 2018):

* Removed functions from `SAML2_Assertion`: `get/setDestination`, `get/setInResponseTo`.
  Replaced with `setSubjectConfirmation`.
Could you send me an appropriate value for the inResponseTo xml attribute?
I could hard code it in and see if that fixes it.

However, this change could be overwritten the next time we update simpleSAMLphp.

Do you have any recommendations on how to proceed?
