Goal

We have upgraded our content server from 11.1.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.3.0, we have followed all the steps as given in oracle document Doc ID 2315019.1.

After the upgrade, we are seeing errors in content server logs for the components below:

The general error seen for these components is as follows:


How is this error resolved?  Are these components required for content server 12c?
