Even with patches 25408902 and 25789216 applied (Refer to note : "SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: Opening an Organization Takes a Long Time: <Document 2279103.1>), organizations with many users can see performance issues viewing the organization from the Manage -> Organization page or when selecting the Roles tab from the Manage -> Users ->User Details page.
