Error "keystore password was incorrect" or "failed to decrypt safe contents entry" When Deploying MAF app On Windows Machine (Doc ID 2463983.1)

Symptoms

During deployment of a MAF app on Universal Windows Platform (UWP) machine, getting the following error in log panel:

[07:54:06 PM] ---- Deployment incomplete ----.
[07:54:06 PM] An error occurred when determining if the application configuration changed sufficiently to require a just-in-time "Clean All" on the build and deployment content of MAF application <APP_NAME>.
              Encountered exception: oracle.adfmf.common.MobileException: oracle.adfmf.common.MobileException: java.io.IOException: keystore password was incorrect.
[07:54:06 PM] keystore password was incorrect
[07:54:06 PM] failed to decrypt safe contents entry: javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Given final block not properly padded
