How To Clear "capture-batchinput-queue" JMS Queue Using WLST Commands (Doc ID 2464315.1)

Goal

There are instances where JMS messages build up in the "capture-batchinput-queue" JMS queue.  If the number of messages is too large, it may not be possible to delete the messages in the Admin server console page.  This may be due to the Admin server having to load all images into memory before deleting and it is possible the operation may time out or the server may run out of memory to complete the command.  How can the JMS messages be removed from the Import Processor's "capture-batchinput-queue" using WLST commands?
