Applies to:

Oracle Data Integrator - Version 12.1.3.0.0 to 12.1.3.0.1 [Release 12c]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.1.3, the OdiDeleteScen tool is unable to delete a scenario. The command executed:

<ODI HOME>\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin\startcmd.cmd -INSTANCE = OracleDIAgent1 OdiDeleteScen -SCEN_NAME =<NAME> -SCEN_VERSION =<NUMBER>

It results in the following output, which does not indicate an error:

C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin>startcmd.cmd -INSTANCE=OracleDIAgent1 OdiDeleteScen -SCEN_NAME=<NAME> -SCEN_VERSION=<NUMBER>

But the scenario is still visible under the Operator tab, in the Load Plans And Scenarios section.
