How to set "nonce" element into the soap header.

We are trying to implement the calling web service from BPEL application.
We can call it with username and password so far.
At this time, our customer changed the security policy for the web service. That's why, we need to set a encrypted password (Base64Binary) to "nonce" element in soap header.

Currently, we set a username and password in properties of BPEL composite.

How can we set "nonce" value to BPEL composite ?
