Symptoms

During testing of the oracle.jdbc.replay.OracleDataSourceImpl/gridlink driver, when simulating database outages for two instances of a database RAC service, the initial failover event is handled correctly by jdbc/weblogic.

However, subsequent failover events are ignored with an error "Redundant HA service event received and ignored:"
