On : 11.1.2.3.0 version, OAM Integration

Performance issue after installing BP15 bundle patches

The environment uses the following OHS/OAAM/OAM integration with tap scheme also has OIM/OUD.

ERROR:  Poor Performance

BUSINESS IMPACT: Due to this issue, users experience slow logon and access to protected resources.

Changes

 Customer applied BP15 / BP16 patch. After that, customer observing 1 minute login latency.
